What is CRM? Firstly I will define it. CRM stands for Customer relationship management. Nowadays many software are using by the organization. Everything is doing by software solutions in the organizations so that to manage the customer relationship management we can use CRM software. This software not only consist customer relationship management, but also consist how such relationships are managed by the organization or company. CRM software can be divided in three parts.

1. Contact Management: It involves tracking customer information and detail of contact.
2. Sales Management: It involves tacking sales and related communication and reporting the relevant data about the customers.
3. Accounting Management: It involves organization of orders, invoices details, and tracking of related accounting information of the customer.




Features of CRM Software: CRM Software solutions contain many features, but some basic features are like automation of calls and sales force, a multi-user environment, encryption of data, management of contact as well as lead, sharing documents, tracking of tasks and many more.

Need of CRM Software: if you want to buy CRM software, then you should know about its needs because companies spend the lots of money to buy and install for these software, but they did not get any benefits.
